How much is rent at 476 Taylor?

Studios start at $1,020/mo, one-bedrooms from $1,199/mo, and two-bedrooms from $1,695/mo. Pricing and availability change often — check live availability above for today's homes.

Is 476 Taylor pet-friendly?

Yes — up to 2 pets per home. All pets (and assistance animals) are screened through PetScreening.com. A non-refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply; current amounts are confirmed at application.

What's included in each apartment?

Every home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer & dryer, and fiber internet readiness. Two-bedroom and ADA-accessible layouts are available.

Is parking available?

Yes — gated, secured parking with controlled access. Spaces are unassigned and available for a monthly fee. Studios and one-bedrooms include one space and two-bedrooms up to two, subject to availability (we cap parking so it never gets oversold).

What lease terms do you offer?

Leases run from 12 to 18 months. We don't offer short-term leases.

What utilities are included?

Trash is included. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, and electric. A bulk Spectrum TV & internet package is provided to every home as a required service (additional monthly cost) — so you're move-in ready without setting up your own provider.

How much is the deposit & application fee?

The application fee is $50 per applicant. The security deposit is typically about one month's rent. We also offer Obligo, a deposit-free option, and qualified applicants with strong credit (700+) may be eligible for a reduced $700 deposit. See our application qualifications for full details.

How do packages and deliveries work?

Our secure, on-site package room is enabled with Amazon Key — so Amazon and its partner carriers can drop off securely — and has keypad access for every other delivery provider. Your packages stay safe inside until you grab them.

How do you get into the building?

476 Taylor uses smart, keyless access — enter with a key fob or right from your smartphone. Entry is controlled and secured, and there are bike racks on site.
